Data Integrity Protocol

Gearly AI Optimization collects specific identifiers requisite for technical consulting and portal optimization. This includes basic contact information submitted via intake forms and system telemetry logs for users accessing our research documentation. We collect this data to refine our neural network training strategies and ensure legal compliance within the Canadian regulatory framework.

Unlike generic optimization platforms, we do not monitor proprietary model weights or private dataset contents. Collected parameters are strictly limited to hardware utilization metrics, framework versioning, and environmental throughput data necessary for algorithmic simulation.

In accordance with our Data Integrity Protocol, all user-submitted technical profiles are stored on isolated, encrypted server nodes located in Canada. We maintain a zero-sharing policy with third-party vendors, hardware resellers, or advertising networks.

Personal data is maintained for a period of 24 months from the last point of interaction or for the duration of an active consulting lifecycle. Following this window, technical identifying information is programmatically scrubbed, leaving only anonymized benchmark data for our aggregated training research.

You retain absolute sovereignty over your technical data. Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and aligned international standards, you hold the following rights:

• Right of Access: Request a complete dump of all technical profiles and interactions associated with your identity.
• Right to Rectification: Amend training throughput logs or environmental configs that have been inaccurately mapped.
• Right to Erasure: Immediate termination of data association and removal from inactive consulting queues.
