The following terms govern all interactions with Gearly AI Optimization (gearly.pro). By utilizing our published research, accessing our hardware efficiency benchmarks, or engaging in consulting intake, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these stipulations in full.
Intellectual Property Policy
All proprietary research, algorithmic simulations, and hardware provisioning standards hosted on gearly.pro remain the exclusive property of Gearly AI Optimization. Unauthorized redistribution of our Technical Standards (standards.php) for commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
Liability for Hardware Stress
Advice regarding Distributed Training Strategies involves significant thermal and power distribution load. Gearly is not liable for hardware degradation, circuit failure, or thermal throttling resulting from implementation of our high-intensity training protocols.
Information Accuracy
While we verify strategies through the Gearly Validation Protocol, framework versions and silicon manufacturing variances may create deviations. We provide our research on an "as-is" basis without warranties of specific training throughput benchmarks.
Consulting Boundaries
Service engagement begins only upon written acceptance of a technical audit profile. Gearly reserves the right to terminate advisory sessions if telemetry logs are withheld or if the model architecture creates unsafe environmental risks.
The Boundary of Performance
Our Terms of Service are designed to protect both the researcher and the implementer by establishing clear safety margins for high-density compute environments.
User Conduct & Access
Visitors may access Gearly.pro for informational purposes. You agree not to engage in deep-packet inspection, automated scraping of our research database, or denial-of-service attempts against our infrastructure. Any breach of site security will result in immediate IP blacklisting and formal reporting to relevant authorities in Ontario, Canada.
Limitation of Recovery
In no event shall Gearly AI Optimization be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, model collapse, retraining costs, or revenue loss resulting from the misapplication of distributed training strategies. All risk resides with the implementing party.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or its consulting services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ottawa.
